Refund policy

Online Purchases:  We hope that you will love your purchase from us however if it is not right please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.  We will offer you an exchange or a refund. We are happy to exchange size or colour for a period of up to 7 days from delivery. Please note that after 7 days of receipt of the goods all sales are final.

Should you choose to return your order for refund or exchange, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 days for completion of the exchange or refund. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and in the original condition with all garment tags attached.  Damaged, worn or altered garments will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Additionally, no exchanges, refunds or credit notes will be given on sale items. These are deemed final sale, so please choose carefully.

For faulty items we are committed to meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.   This means it is at our discretion to offer a repair, replacement or refund.  

In-Store Purchases:  If you would like to return an item you bought in-store, please visit our store at 21 St Heliers Bay Road, St Heliers within 7 days of purchase.

We are happy to help you choose an exchange item in a different size or colour, or provide you with an in-store credit, provided you have met our return conditions.  

Additionally, no exchanges, refunds or credit notes will be given on sale items. These are deemed final sale, so please choose carefully.

Please note we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases.
